When we started the Light English Club, our goal was simple: to help young people find their voice. Many of the students we work with have big dreams and powerful ideas, but language can sometimes stand between them and the world that needs to hear them. Through the Light English Club, we're changing that.

Every week, our learners come together to practice English, to speak, to write, and to grow. Some are still in high school, working hard to improve their performance and express their thoughts with confidence. Others are recent graduates preparing to apply for universities in Rwanda, across Africa, and beyond. Together, they're learning to believe in their ideas and tell their stories in a way that inspires.

We're proud of how far this journey has come. The club meets twice a week, and thanks to the schools that have welcomed us and offered their space, we've been able to keep going. Sometimes our resources are limited, but our belief in each other never is. We know that when we help with the little we have, big things begin to grow.

This is just the beginning. The Light English Club is more than a space to learn English. It's a place to build confidence, to connect, and to prepare for the opportunities ahead. We're excited to see how this community keeps shining brighter with every conversation, every lesson, and every story shared.
